Mobile Medical and Substance Use Disorder services are available in multiple areas of our region, and appointments are available. Most insurances accepted for services. Sliding fee scale available if uninsured.

Primary Medical Care Services

  • Physical Health Checks
  • Acute Visits (cough, cold, sore throat, ear ache, etc.)
  • Chronic Care (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, etc.)
  • STD screening/testing
  • HIV screening/testing
  • COVID-19 testing

Behavioral Health Services

  • Psychiatric Evaluations and medication reviews
  • Brief behavioral health interventions (Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, coping skills, etc.)
  • Medication Assisted Treatment for Substance Use Disorder

    • Vivitrol/ Oral Naltrexone (*Proof of therapy services is required in conjunction with the medication assisted treatment.)
