Dental Apprentices Graduate

GLBHC had its first class of dental apprentices graduate in August. They all came out with new job descriptions of non-certified Dental Assistants with on-the-job training. They will also receive their State of Michigan Radiology Certification. They can choose to get certified after 3,500 hours worked. It was amazing to watch the growth from in these students from no dental experience at all to self-sufficient dental assistants! This program will continue to help build qualified dental support staff.
