Amy is a Certified Management Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Amy came to GLBHC in 2014 and is responsible for supporting the Executive and Management teams by directing and reporting the financial and business operations.  She brings 10 years of Michigan Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience to her role. She is involved in the State Primary Care Association, both as previous committee chair, active member and speaker. She is passionate about sharing what knowledge she has obtained to help others navigate the unique and exciting industry of FQHC finance.

Prior to her time working for FQHCs, her full time title was mother to two boys and wife to her dear husband, Ryan. In her spare time, Amy and Ryan enjoy helping others take control of their finances by leading a Financial Peace University class.  She also donates her time and giftings to 2|42 Saginaw, her local church community.
